Croci /ˈkɹoʊkʌɪ/ – English plural of crocus (the flower), symbolising rebirth & fresh beginnings.

Collective /kəˈlɛktɪv – denoting a number of people considered as one group or whole. (Our definition? An epic, high-performing team.)

Where it all began…

So, what’s the story? Well, for those of you who’ve been in the industry a while, we started our journey with a different brand – direct marketing agency, Juice & Jam. Croci acquired that business (an excellent buying decision if we do say so ourselves!) largely because of the amazing core team of employees that came with it.

This solid foundation, coupled with the brilliant clients who came over with our trusted team, means we continue to build upon the Juice & Jam legacy – with our own unique Croci flare.

Our leadership team

Our CEO Julia has a background in leading large teams in corporate hospitality and event catering, our Account Director Jamie, in sales. Julia’s all about structure and processes. Jamie’s the ‘creative’ one. Yin and Yang some might say, but the ideal business team. What they both have in common, however? A total commitment to revolutionising the direct marketing industry – making it both a fun (and fair) industry to work for and work with. And that’s exactly what we’re doing, one subscription box at a time…
